Genelia D'Souza (born on 5 August 1987 in Mumbai, India) is an Indian film actress who appears in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu language films.
Genelia D'Souza made her debut in Bollywood in 2003. Her first Hindi film was Tujhe Meri Kasam opposite Ritesh Deshmukh
Genelia first hit the lime-light with a Parker Pen commercial with Amitabh Bachchan and further did a Fair and Lovely 2003 Cricket World Cup ad with Krishnamachari Srikkanth.
Many people thought Genelia is appearing in a movie for the first time when they saw Genelia in Jane tu ya Jane na but very few know that Geneliz D'souza is quite a popular name in the south India cinema and that Genelia has given hit movies in at least 3 languages.
